A body language specialist has talked about the viral video of a CEO hugging a coworker who isn’t his wife at a Coldplay concert.
If you haven’t seen the popular video, check it out below:
People are angry because Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot are the CEO and CPO of Astronomer, respectively.
And they are both married to other people.
Chris Martin added his own comments to the mix, making fun of the two: “Oh, look at these two…” as the crowd watched and laughed. They are either having an affair or they are incredibly shy.
Body language expert Judi James has talked to The Mirror about what she thinks about the scenario.

James ripped at the two of them: Instead of just trying to style it out, they reacted so violently that they became human catnip for social media. She said that their panic simply made people more interested.
They only got interested when they both went into a very sneaky-looking flight mode instead of laughing like they had just been playing about with each other.
The expert said that their discomfort went beyond just being bashful; they looked shocked, “like they’ve been tasered.”

James went into great detail about Cabot’s reaction: her mouth falls out when she sees herself on the large screen, and she quickly covers her face with both hands in a cut-off ritual, which is a very important gesture. She also turns her back, which makes others even more interested.
James thinks that her reaction could be more than just shock, since she is still standing and talking to another woman who is plainly laughing.
Andy was more reserved in his first remark, but it was still informative. James said, “His reaction is slower.” He is still looking at the television, and his hands are stuck in the air.

Instead of copying Kristin’s move, he actually ducked out of sight.
He bows his head and then seems to disappear completely, either down a hidden trap door or by crouching down to the floor. If he were just shy, this would be an excessive reaction.
James says that the fact that they left so quickly shows that they weren’t embarrassed, but scared.
Grace Springer, who filmed the event, told the US Sun, “I had no idea who the couple was.” I thought I saw a funny reaction to the kiss cam and decided to share it.

She said she was torn about what happened next. I feel awful for messing up these people’s life, but you play foolish games and earn ridiculous prizes.
She said something nice: “I hope their partners can get over this and have a second chance at the happiness they deserve with their future still ahead of them.” I hope that my video was a blessing in disguise for them.
