A lot of people believe that they think a Netflix show is better than Game of Thrones, and some have even named it the most popular show ever.
The Game of Thrones Game of Thrones is about nine noble houses fighting each other for control of the land of Westeros. The show aired for eight seasons.
Because so many people liked it, it became the House of the Dragon offshoot that had its second season this summer.

If you’ve seen both of them and are looking for something to fill that gap, you should check out an undervalued program.
The historical drama is based on Bernard Cornwell’s “The Saxon Stories” series of novels. It concerns Uthred (Alexander Dreymon), an heir of a nobleman who is kidnapped and raised by Danes.
As he gets older and turns 18, he will have to choose between defending the area where he grew up or the family that took him in.
The cast also includes David Dawson as King Alfred, Timothy Innes as King Edward, Millie Brady as Aethelflaed, and Ian Hart as Beocca.

People who like House of the Dragon might also see some recognizable faces, such Ewan Mitchell as Osferth and Phia Saban as Aelfwynn.
The show, which has five seasons and one movie, first broadcast on BBC Two. Netflix then joined as a co-producer for the second season.
After season three, the streaming service is likely to get the whole series. The publication Variety called the drama’s historical setting a “sleeper hit” over time.
People are tweeting about this Netflix show, and one fan says it’s great: This season has been quite touching, and I think it’s one of the best shows ever on TV. 10/10 for a masterpiece.
Also, the season finale has eclipsed the Game of Thrones conclusion!

Another person says, “This show really doesn’t get enough attention.” Even with a modest budget, it’s one of the best shows I’ve seen on a regular basis. The writing in season one is amazing and gets better with each episode. I strongly suggest it.
Someone else says it’s the best Netflix series, and no one can change my view
One of the most fun shows out there, according to a fifth spectator. If you haven’t seen it, you’re missing out. Critics also like the program a lot.
The Guardian had an article by Sam Wollaston. The Guardian: This isn’t the British Game of Thrones that is smaller and less glamorous. It’s a real historical drama that is a lot of fun to see.

Neil Gezlinger of The New York Times has commended the show’s “splashy casting and high production value” as well as the “deep themes that give the show its own personality.”
The historical drama also got a great score on Rotten Tomatoes (95%) and IMDb (8.5/10).
Some fans have compared The Last Kingdom to Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, although Stephen Butchard, the show’s screenwriter, insists that it is different from both shows.
When asked about the similarities, Butchard told the BBC, “We’re trying to tell the same great story with great characters, but just because there are clothes, cloaks, and swords doesn’t mean the world is the same. There are dragons too.”
