In an AI-made video played in court, the man who died after being k!lled in a road rage incident “addressed” his k!ller.

A person who had served in the United States Army could appear in court and give a victim statement thanks to the use of artificial intelligence by Pelkey’s sister, Stacey Wales, and her husband.

These two people could copy his features, including his voice and look, using the technology. Besides that, they added a filter that made him look almost forty years old.

Someone named Gabriel Paul Horcasitas was involved in the k!lling and was found guilty of manslaughter. He will spend 10.5 years in prison. In his final ruling, the judge even talked about the movie about AI.

Pelkey’s family said that the short film about artificial intelligence that “forgave” Horcasitas affected the court. They said that the two guys might have been friends in other situations.

Chris’s sister wrote the story for the movie in which the computer-generated character asks the gunman to forgive his actions.

It’s too bad that we met that day and by those circumstances; we might have been friends in a different life, it said in the statement. I have always thought that God can forgive, and I still believe that God can forgive his people.

His sister discussed the decision to have her younger brother give a victim statement using artificial intelligence. “Trying to make this come to life and to lift him off the page in the best way that we could, that is available to us now,” she said. As she spoke, she held up a picture of him. The one question that kept going through my mind was, “What would Chris say?”

According to Christopher’s sister, her children thanked her for using AI

She also said that the kids in her family were happy when they saw and heard from “Chris” for the last time.

She also wrote: “They said: ‘Mum and dad, thank you so much for making that, I needed to hear from Uncle Chris one last time, and that meant so much, thank you.'” Even though this wasn’t what the event was meant to do, the fact that it brought healing and peace to everyone who saw it was a very good result.

In addition, Chief Justice Timmer talked about what he thought about how artificial intelligence could be used in the courts in the future.

She said, “Artificial intelligence has the potential to make the justice system much more efficient and may help people who aren’t trained in the law better present their cases.” Since this is the case, we are excited about what artificial intelligence can do.If artificial intelligence is used in an unethical way, it could fully destroy or weaken the court system. The most useful thing that can be done is to measure.
