A Stephen King book has been taken off shelves and unlikely it will ever be printed once more.
Among the most h0rrific tales of all time, including “The Shining” and “IT,” both of which have been adapted into movies, is the “King of H0rror.”
Though not due of popularity, one of his novels has become among the most sought-after of all times.

In point of fact, King removed it from publication because he believed that doing so was the proper approach to take.
In a 2013 article called “Guns,” the best-selling novelist said he created the book in “a different world.”
King wrote, “I suppose if it had been written today, and some high school English teacher had seen it, he would have rushed the manuscript to the guidance counselor, and I would have found myself in therapy posthaste.” King’s statement is based on the fact that that scenario would have occurred. The year 1965, on the other hand, was a different world, one in which there were no metal detectors at the entrances of high schools and you were not compelled to take off your shoes before boarding an aircraft.

Though written long before any tragedy took place, King’s work has been inexorably linked to some unsettling incidents.
Before withdrawing, a student kept his high school humanities class under lockdown in 1988. The youngster mentioned the book, according the Los Angeles Times.
Nine hours of student hostages held by a senior in a school a year later were alleged to have resulted in King’s book being discovered in his locker.

In 1996, a fourteen-year-old k!lled a teacher and two students. Based on History Link, he apparently kept a copy of King’s work on his bedside.
Then, another 14-year-old pupil shot three more kids in 1997. Reports The Guardian suggest he had a copy of King’s work in his locker.
Published 1977 under the alias Richard Bachman, “Rage” King published it in 1985 within the framework of his “The Bachman Books,” a series of short stories.

The author chose to let it go off print, but it stayed in the collection momentarily.
The psychological thriller centers on a disturbed high school student who brings a gun to class, k!lls one of his professors, and locks the class.
From the shooter’s point of view, it reads uneasily and disturbingly.

It is said that King drew inspiration for the book from his teenage years and the disappointments he experienced at that time.
In 2013, “Rage” is ranked second on the list of the 100 most sought-after out-of-print books on BookFinder.com. This is due to the fact that Madonna’s “S**” was first on the list.
There are copies of “Rage” available online, and the costs range from $700 to approximately $2,000 for each copy.
In a footnote to his book “Blaze” published in 2007, King makes a comment about “Rage,” saying, “Now out of print, and a good thing.”
