Snoop Dogg has said that a singer he didn’t expect once “out-gangstered” him at her house.
The 53-year-old rapper became famous in the early 1990s and swiftly became one of the greatest names in gangster rap.
He thought it was quite impossible that anyone could “out-gangsta” him because he had sold more than 35 million records worldwide, including seven platinum albums.
But after a startling meeting with one singer, he said that the musician utterly “out-gangstered” him and transformed how he composed music.
Snoop said that the artist taught him a very important lesson in life that made him “scared and shook up.”
People knew her for making fun of other famous people, and Snoop was not safe from her jokes.
In reality, she told him to look at the “misogynistic” lyrics he composed at the start of his career.
The mystery vocalist asked him, Suge Knight, and a few other rappers to come to her house so she could talk to them in person.
Snoop said, “We were kind of scared and shaken up” when he talked about the offer.

The singer urged the group to get at her house by 7:00 AM sharp, not a minute before or after.
Snoop remembered that the group was gathered on her driveway at 6:52 in the morning.
When they got to her door, the legend said hello and told them to call her a “b****,” which was a word they used a lot in their songs.
She told them, “You all are going to grow up.” You will have families. You’re going to have kids.
You’re going to produce little girls, and one day that little girl will look up at you and ask, “Daddy, did you really say that?” Are you actually that person?
What are you going to say?
She stated of Snoop’s gang and their songs in a CNN movie on her life, “These kids are expressing themselves, which they have the right to do.”
But there is a method to do it.
Snoop said he was shocked when one of the biggest female musicians of all time used his own lyrics against him.
He said, “She was checking me at a time when I thought we couldn’t be checked.”
We were as gangsta as they come, but that day at her house, I think we were more gangsta than they were.
The famous person in question was Dionne Warwick, an 84-year-old soul singer who won a Grammy.
Snoop said that the meeting made him change the lyrics on his 1996 album “Tha Doggfather” to make them less harsh.
He remarked, “I made sure to make records of joy—me lifting everyone up and no one dying and everyone living.”
Snoop is a husband and parent of three boys and, as Warwick said, a daughter.
Snoop sent her a message for the CNN movie that stated, “Dionne, I hope I became the jewel that you saw when I was the little, dirty rock that was in your house.”
