Court records state that the horrible attack will be investigated and the stepson of a Florida nurse allegedly to have r**ed an underage lad deposed and questioned.
Alexis Von Yates, 34, was accused of s**ual battery in Florida of a teen three years under the age of consent. She was caught last summer.
According to fresh court documents entered last month in the case, the youngster will be deposed on June 20 via a Zoom call and questioned over what allegedly transpired.
Lawyers, a police officer, or a court reporter will question the lad.
“The deposition is being taken for the purpose of discovery, for usage at trial, for both of the above, or for any other purpose allowed by the rules that apply and govern.”
According to an arrest request that becomes somewhat graphic, the lad told police Von Yates had begun to r**e him when they heard the garage door open.
The lad adds, though, that they did not stop. Frank Von Yates, the boy’s father, reportedly stormed in yelling, “What the f**k is going on?” upon witnessing his wife s**ually abusing his son.
Then he reportedly began tossing objects and referred to Von Yates as a “c***” and a “child predator.”
The lad told investigators Von Yates had attacked him while still a v**gin. She had joked sensually about him seeing “step-mom p**nos” the week before the incident, he also stated.
According to him, the reported r**e brought about great emotional suffering. He lost his appetite, sleeps most of his days now, and feels “very f***** *p.” The lad claims to have struggled with drugs since then.
Another remark on her s**ual drive, she informed him after returning from the gym, “I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy.”
The youngster allegedly claimed Von Yates stuck a can of whipped cream out at him and placed it on her mouth, making s**ual remarks.
It reminded him of elements of p***ographic movies he had watched before, he claimed. She asked, “Oh, you like that?” concurrently as she was doing it.
The youngster was on summer vacation in Florida with his father during the disaster.
He claimed that they played video games and vaped cannabis oil before their s**. They then saw a movie.
After two weeks of not having s** due to her cycle, Vom Yates allegedly started reminding the girl about “how h**ny”.
The girl noticed Von Yates sporting a pink br* and white shorts with cupcakes on them.
He detailed exactly how he began k***ing her neck and said, “I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough.”
Before engaging in oral s** and making love sans a c**dom, Yates reportedly removed her p**ties.
According to the comment, occasionally Yates would exclaim “oh f***” and “this is so bad”.
The lad claimed he would not tell his father what happened following the attack when questioned. She had told her spouse to cease, Von Yates informed him.
The lad claims he told his dad that it was untrue and feared his dad would belt him, but his dad chose not to.
The lad also mentioned that Von Yates told his dad she had s** with him as he looked like his younger dad.
She is also reported to have claimed that her victim’s p**is resembled her husband’s from his youth.
The lad was then sent to live with his grandparents. His father allegedly warned him on the way that he had “ruined his life.”
The child said that his inebriated father was now driving after stopping on the way for a six-pack of beer.
He added that when he arrived at his grandparents’ place, his grandfather advised him not to phone his actual mother to let her know what had transpired.
Building on what was already mentioned, the teenage caller to Yates the following day expressed a wish for his dad not to have caught them.
According to the declaration from October of last year, his father paid a tip regarding what transpired.
Someone called “Kaylee” reportedly contacted the boy and informed him his father would defend him “if he testified.”
The lad was informed his dad wished no more to live with his stepmother.
According to an Ocala News article, she was arrested in November under charges of s**ual battery of a kid.
According to the arrest record, several of the teen’s family tried to stop him from reporting what had happened to the officers.
Von Yates entered not guilty in court in December of last year. Her hearing has been postponed according to the news source.
Her medical license disappeared recently. “Nurses are put in a position of trust; thus, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgement and good moral character,” said the decision taken this week. Ms. Yates decided to have oral and penetrative s** with a juvenile child or let a child have s** with her. Hence, it is obvious she lacks the morals and good judgment needed to be a licensed nurse.
