Denise Richards gained media fame by deciding to join OnlyFans despite most people not predicting her move.
Former Bond girl Denise Richards entered online content creation via OnlyFans during 2022 following her appearances in The World Is Not Enough and other successful productions.
After watching her daughter Sami Sheen use the platform when she turned 18 Richards identified OnlyFans’ power.
When Richards noticed the platform could make her money she looked into the full opportunity and started her OnlyFans account.
“I will say that I’m in the top 1% of creators on OnlyFans, so I am very grateful,” Richards shared on the March 25 episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
She added, “It’s very empowering, especially for someone my age, that people still want to see me that way.”
Since Richards started her OnlyFans page her husband Aaron Phypers has assisted her throughout the creation process.
Since their wedding in 2018 Aaron Phypers takes an active part in maintaining her OnlyFans page while also leading its creative direction.
“He’s so supportive,” Richards said. “He knows what men love, and he’ll go through all the photos and say, ‘This is good. Do this. This is what guys like.’”
After starting with OnlyFans Richards now feels confident about the move yet she reveals her reluctance at first.
Before joining the platform the actress expected negative publicity from ad*lt content would damage her acting career prospects.
“When I joined OnlyFans, I was very concerned that I possibly could lose some jobs,” she admitted. “But it was the opposite.”
Surprisingly she found many new job opportunities. I get roles where I’m like, the trophy wife or the s*xy one.”
Sami’s struggles to be a model meet opposite demands than her mother since Koena Richards discovered better opportunities through the platform.
“I’ve met with a couple agencies and they don’t like that I do OnlyFans,” Sami said on the show. “It’s so frustrating because it’s like, that’s how I pay my rent.”
She added, “If you’ll take me seriously, I won’t have to do it anymore.”
Richards detects and talks openly about the distinction in expectations between her and her daughter Sami.
“I think it’s a double standard,” she said. “Here I can join OnlyFans and actually get more offers.”
“But my daughter, modeling agencies won’t sign her because she is on OnlyFans. That’s the shame of it.”
“Why judge based on them trying to make a living while they’re trying to pursue their career?”
According to Richards her OnlyFans profile offers more than revenue generation—it enables her to establish deep connections with her followers.

“People think that I’m just doing whatever—that’s not true,” she said. “I actually look at it as a way of communicating with fans, and not in the way that you’re thinking.”
Despite starting an unusual project with her spouse behind it her performing career earned remarkable growth.
