When the $4.5 million yacht started to sink, a group of influencers excited about a lavish day aboard it experienced an unplanned scare.

Thirty bikinis-clad influencers on Saturday, May 3, boarded an amazing 63-foot Tecnomar for Lamborghini boat for a day out close to Miami Beach, Florida. Their fun changed, though, when the yacht began to sink on Monument Island, a neighborhood famed for celebrity residences including that of Rick Ross, Don Johnson, and Jennifer Lopez.

The incident attracted a quick reaction from the Seventh Coast Guard District as well as local police marine patrols, teams from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Fortunately, all thirty-two people were pulled to safety at the Miami Beach Marina free from any injuries.
“A @USCG Sta #MiamiBeach crew & partner agencies responded to a 63-ft vessel taking on water near Monument Island rescuing 32 people w/no injuries reported around 5 p.m., Sat.,” the U.S. Coast Guard Southeast posted on Twitter. Working to retrieve the vessel, commercial salvage poses no navigational hazard.

Investigating the incident will be done under direction of the Florida Fish and Wildlife agency. Although the precise reason the yacht sank is still under investigation, some suspect that having too many people on boardgiven the vessel is meant for just 16 passengers may have had a part.
Attracting visitors with its dynamic culture, stunning beaches, and energetic nightlife, Miami Beach is still among Florida’s most visited sites as of 2024.
Mail Online claims that sources show the yacht was built to house just five guests and two crew members.

The influencers on board were shockingly calm even as the scene descended into anarchy. Declaring that her “baby is safe” that is, referring to a costly bottle of tequila she had managed to save a woman boldly clung onto it in one video as the yacht sank.
In further footage that went viral on the internet, a large number of ladies were seen negotiating the situation while wearing life vests. The photographs that were communicated by the Coast Guard showed the front of the boat tilted dramatically upward, while the back of the vessel appeared to be almost submerged in water.

Reportedly working together to build a limited edition of this yacht is The Italian Sea Group and a luxury car manufacturer. According to the New York Post, the limited edition boat is scheduled to be part of Mixed martial arts (MMA) athlete Conor McGregor is among the few who owns one of these quite rare boats. He spent some several million dollars for it in 2021.
