Trump President Donald Trump, 78, was declared to be in “excellent health” following his annual physical examination on April 20, 2025 as per the report issued by the medical staff of his president.

But, the recent pictures of Trump have sparked a lot of speculation on the internet, with some social media users suggesting that he could have the Foley tube.

The rumors are based on two specific moments which include Trump’s appearance at an UFC championship match on the outskirts of New Jersey and a separate photograph taken inside the White House. Both times, people noticed a bulge on one leg of his pants, suggesting that the shape was reminiscent of tubing.

I believe Donald Trump is wearing some kind of contraption for collecting urine, one person said.

That crease in his pants? There’s no fold. It’s tubing, a blog post on the internet read.

Others suggested that the bulge may suggest a knee or leg brace. “Exoskeleton leg braces?” one X user suggested, while another suggested knee braces for a ligament that is partially torn… Trump does not have the time to undergo surgery.

A different user speculated that those are leg braces designed to stabilize him. That’s the reason he never wears shorts any more.

Trump is absolutely wearing a Foley catheter.

It’s a tube inserted into the bladder to drain urine into a bag strapped to the leg.

That line down his pants? Not a crease. It’s tubing.

Another post that went viral from Alice Vaughn, viewed over two million times, stated: Trump is absolutely wearing an Foley catheter. The line that runs down his pants? It’s not a fold. It’s tubing.

In addition an element of speculation photos that are not of Trump playing golf with a similar bulge were circulated on social media. Elon Musk’s Grok AI assistant was mentioned by some users as something to consider.

The AI replied by highlighting the absence of evidence there’s no proof of Donald Trump has ‘Bungalow Legs the joking non-medical term. There is speculation about a bulge on his trouser leg, perhaps indicating a brace or catheter is not supported by any credible evidence, Grok noted. It could be just wrinkles or a light source. Without verified medical data these claims cannot be proven.

Grok provided similar answers to numerous questions, warning against making conclusions from only photos or online comments.

The renewed attention on Trump’s health came after a brief fall on Sunday when Trump ascended the steps in Air Force One in New Jersey just after a storm traversed the Bedminster region. Trump quickly recovered his balance and no injuries were discovered.

Health-related concerns about Trump have been circulating for a while. In 2024, Trump underwent an abdominal colonoscopy which found a benign polyp and the condition called diverticulosis.Compared to the presidential physical in 2020, which weighed 244 pounds, the April 2025 test showed a 20-pound gain.

Despite the constant speculation there is no reliable source that has verified any serious health concerns or the need to use medical equipment. Experts are still urging caution when considering health-related rumors on the internet, especially ones that involve celebrities.
