The United States has seen multiple attacks against Tesla properties because of the escalating tensions regarding Elon Musk’s federal government connection.
Virgin cases of vandalism have transformed into a mass destruction that impacts electric vehicle leader Tesla all across the United States.
Repeated attacks targeting Tesla showrooms along with their vehicle lots and charging stations and private owners’ cars have become widespread across U.S. locations within the past few weeks.
The public uprisings against Elon Musk stem from his involvement in the Trump administration as he now manages the newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

The White House supports DOGE as an initiative founded during the Trump administration because it has saved taxpayers $155 billion.
Critics demonstrate strong disapproval toward Musk’s department policies due to their reported harsh and uncaring nature even though the department has achieved financial efficiency.
Protests in various metropolitan areas have resulted in destructive assaults.
Thefts and vandalism damage has targeted Tesla service centers in Portland and Seattle and Las Vegas where some locations were attacked with paint and break-ins leading to arson.

Several Tesla vehicles were destroyed through arson in front of a Las Vegas service center on March 18.
Protesters had also scrawled the word “resist” across the facility’s entrance, highlighting the political nature of the attacks.
Three individuals have received law enforcement arrests relating to the Tesla-related criminal activities.
U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi declared that law enforcement plans to charge the suspects for their actions as domestic terrorists.
“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” Bondi stated in an official release.

“Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”
The declaration started a national dialogue which then grew into additional political disagreement.
Donald Trump posted on Truth Social on March 21 about the Tesla attacks which created widespread astonishment among readers.
The Tesla supporter and previous president spoke clearly to identify the subjects of his threat after launching his verbal attack against them.
“I look forward to watching the sick terrorist thugs get 20 year jail sentences for what they are doing to Elon Musk and Tesla,” Trump wrote.

The real concern among the public stemmed from the words Trump expressed in the latter section of his message.
“Perhaps they could serve them in the prisons of El Salvador, which have become so recently famous for such lovely conditions!” he added.
The sentence referred to the well-known El Salvador mega-prison which the authorities call Terrorism Confinement Center.
This facility functions at maximum capacity to accommodate 40,000 prisoners in what remains among the most extreme prison conditions worldwide and has acquired international attention.

Trump initiated the transfer of 250 alleged criminals to El Salvador while implementing his law-and-order efforts.
Recently the White House reiterated Trump’s position which suggests severe punishment can be used against attackers of Tesla.
Earlier this month, Trump declared that attackers would “go through hell,” branding Tesla “a great American company” that deserves federal protection.
Those who disagree with the current approach to consequences state them to be exaggerated but supporters maintain they make it evident that any attempt to harm American innovation will face severe consequences.

And now, with the president threatening to ship Tesla vandals to the “world’s worst prison,” it seems that message couldn’t be louder.
