Fans of Billie Eilish have finally gotten a look at a tattoo that she said they would never see.
The 21-year-old Grammy-winning singer, well known for songs like “Bad Guy,” drove social media crazy when a friend’s Instagram account shared a picture of her in a swimsuit.
Billie is in the picture, enjoying the sun while wearing a stunning bikini by Miaou. But the focus instantly moved to a little tattoo in the middle of her chest that spelled out “Eilish.”
Billie said in a 2020 Vanity Fair interview that she had a tattoo but that you would never see it. This was the first time anyone had ever seen it.
Rolling Stone said that the tattoo has Billie’s second name written in a unique gothic style. She got it after winning five Grammys in 2020, when she remarked, “Yes, I love myself.”

She had also said before that she wanted tattoos that weren’t too flashy, therefore she didn’t want anything on her face and would rather have ink that was hard to see.
The “Eilish” tattoo is one of many that the singer has on her body. She also has a detailed tattoo on her wrist and a dragon tattoo on her hip.
Billie has said before that the fairies tattooed on her left hand came from a book she loved as a girl called “Fairyopolis.” She calls them her “little guardian angel fairies.” The dragon tattoo, which goes from her hip to her thigh, was shown off for the first time in a magazine feature when the artist wore revealing clothes for a Vogue photoshoot.

Billie usually keeps her tattoos hidden, but the “Eilish” tattoo came to light after a friend named Annabel Zimmer, who is the daughter of famous film composer Hans Zimmer, tweeted a picture of the singer outside in a bikini top and sunglasses.
Billie used to wear big clothes all the time, but lately she’s begun wearing more conventionally feminine clothes.
The singer talked about how she likes to wear loose garments in a Calvin Klein ad video from 2019. She said, “I never want the world to know everything about me.” That’s why I wear clothes that are too big and baggy. You know that nobody can have an opinion because they haven’t seen what’s under there?
She went on to say, “No one can say, ‘Oh, she’s slim-thick, she’s not slim-thick, she got a flat a**, she got a fat a**.'” No one can say any of that since they don’t know.

Instead, the singer wants people to focus on her amazing songs instead of her body or clothes.
