New and shocking information about a sinister plan to kidnap, castrate, and murder pop singer Justin Bieber—created by a killer behind bars driven by a passion for the artist—has leaked.

Dana Martin, who was serving two life sentences for the rape and murder of DeAndra Florucci, who was 15 years old at the time, conceived up this revolting idea while he was confined in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Florucci was the victim of the crimes.

Martin tried several times to get in touch with Bieber using hand-written letters; he even got a tattoo of Bieber on his leg. One of the most recent episodes of the documentary series “Hollywood Demons,” which is produced by Investigation Discovery, featured Edgar Pinon, a former jail officer, discussing his troubling conversations with Martin.

Pinon remembered, “He wanted to individually and in private speak with me one morning. He began immediately talking about his Justin Bieber tattoo. He spoke incessantly on how he had been attempting to reach Justin. Pinon carried on, “That’s when he started narrating a story to us. He had given two people a hit list and booked two trips to the East Coast.

Pinon claims Martin hired fellow prisoner Mark Staake and nephew Tanner Ruane to carry out the scheme. The conspiracy was devised on November 28, 2012, with the goal of carrying out the murder of a couple in Vermont, followed by the kidnapping of Justin Bieber and his bodyguard from New York, with the intention of transporting them to Madison Square Garden.

But when U.S. Border Patrol agents stopped Staake and Ruane on November 19, 2012, after they inadvertently crossed into Canada, the story collapsed. Authorities discovered shears and neckties in their car, objects Pinon called “the tools necessary to commit the crimes.”

Martin admitted in a videotaped interview, “I intended to get killed. There are these individuals. We had the intention of kidnapping him in order to gain access to a potential celebrity. This whole affair was meant to be about killing Justin Bieber. “I’m a nobody in prison,” he said. Justin Bieber needs to know me personally. It’s ridiculous.

Martin reportedly meant to do the castration himself with portable hedge clippers. This terrifying example emphasizes the extent to which some people would go out of obsession.

Pinon claims in a suspenseful narrative that Martin’s goal was not to assassinate pop singer Justin Bieber. “I doubt Dana truly wanted to kill Justin Bieber,” Pinon said. If Martin succeeded, he would be deprived of Bieber’s music and updates on his life. Pinon noted, “My impression is Dana wanted Justin to recognize him as a fan.”

In 2015, Staake was found guilty of two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and received a sentence of nine years in prison; an additional nine years that will be served consecutively will be served. In 2014, Ruane was convicted guilty of the claims that were relevant to the case. In the interim, Martin was moved to the New Mexico State Penitentiary, which has the highest level of security, in 2013. While there, he boasted about his exploits, claiming, “I completely got away with putting a hit on Justin Bieber.”

Bieber was just eighteen years old and became well-known with hit songs like “Baby” during the time of the plot.

“Hollywood Demons: Stalking the Stars” opens on April 28 from 9-11 p.m. ET on Investigation Discovery and will also be accessible for streaming on Max for anyone curious more about occurrences involving celebrity stalking.
