A man who has been to nearly 200 nations has identified the most “annoying”

Luca Pferdmenges, a 23-year-old German, has already visited more than 190 nations.

Sharing his experiences online has helped him amass over 3.1 million TikTok followers, but one of his revelations has stunned social media fans.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Pferdmenges, also known as @thegermantravelguy, talked candidly about his travels and which nation he finds to be the “most annoying” to visit.

The majority of the Caribbean Lesser Antilles, Egypt, France, Mauritius, Seychelles, and the Maldives. He spoke to the most “overrated” places he has visited, saying, “They’re often very touristy and often don’t have much besides pretty beaches.” But which one stood out among the rest?

He told the newspaper, “I think Egypt is the most annoying country for tourists.”

He also said that the Caribbean, or at least the Lesser Antilles, is overrated.

He did, however, commend a few other nations for being the most “underrated,” including the majority of Latin American nations, Uzbekistan, and a few others in Central Asia, the Baltic nations, Myanmar, North Macedonia, Bhutan, and Montenegro.

Despite being forgotten, they’re often much more exciting and more affordable than the ‘classic tourism destinations,'” said the influencer. Credit: instagram

“They are frequently far more exciting and more affordable than the ‘classic tourism destinations,’ but people tend to forget they exist,” he added. Particularly undiscovered treasures like Myanmar and Bhutan.  These are some of the world’s most beautiful countries, although they are hardly known.

Myanmar is a country in Southeast Asia that borders Bangladesh on the west, India on the northwest, Laos on the east, Thailand on the southeast, and the People’s Republic of China on the north and northeast. Bhutan is also in the same region of South Asia, in the eastern Himalayas, and is shared by China and India.

You could say that Pferdmenges is a bit of an expert after all that travel, and he offers some insightful advice to those who aspire to tour the world.

Pferdmenges, who has traveled to every country on the continent, identified Belgium as one of the most dangerous countries to visit at night.

I think it’s really risky at night, and I’m referring to Brussels here.  In addition, a lot of Belgian cities are really unsightly.  He described the place as gloomy and melancholy, particularly during the winter, but other visitors seemed to adore it.

Paris, London, and Frankfurt are other cities in the region that he deemed unsafe, and he claimed that they “aren’t much better at night, either.”

Out of the 190 nations he has visited, Mexico, Brazil, Israel, Spain, Bhutan, the UK, the UAE, Portugal and Austria were his top nine. Credit: Instagram

Pferdmenges gave some guidance, saying: Don’t simply go to France, Italy, Greece, and Spain, since many more individuals wanted to travel to the continent and explore. Forty additional nations are worth visiting.

The TikToker is making reference to nations like Slovenia and Montenegro.

It’s astonishing how little attention places like Slovenia or Montenegro receive.  He went on to say that despite being among the most affordable and stunning countries in the world, no one travels there.
