He mentioned Roberto Cabrera and Jonah Falcon as examples of reported large sizes that experts had not properly documented.
Besides public attention about his issue Barr reveals the hard things he must endure.
His distinct size develops because of a very uncommon hormonal imbalance which forces him to undergo medical treatments to handle his related health problems.
He shared his dissatisfaction that people fail to recognize how unique and significant his condition actually is.
He described that people underestimate the real practical problems from his physical traits despite seeing his size doubled.
