After a store in Michigan declined to print posters for a Charlie Kirk vigil, Office Depot apologized and fired an employee.

Kirk, a right-wing activist and the head of Turning Point USA, was sh0t and k!lled last week while giving a speech.

Now, there is a video of a worker in Portage, Michigan, refusing to print a poster because it was political and calling it “propaganda.”

On Wednesday, Charlie Kirk was sh0t at a talk in Utah Valley

Kirk was renowned for his contentious political beliefs. In the footage, an Office Depot employee who said he was the manager on duty could be seen refusing to print the poster for the vigil.

The event rapidly went viral and got the attention of certain state officials, notably Republican Bill Huizenga.

He posted on X: “It is absolutely shameful that @OfficeDepot in Portage refused to print this poster for the vigil tonight at Bronson Park in Kalamazoo. These people paid for the work to be done, and the employees seem to have refused to do it because it was in memory of Charlie Kirk.”

Senate Minority Leader Aric Nesbitt also saw the video and tweeted that “the employee in the video has been fired.”

Office Depot puts out a message

Office Depot has since said that they are not happy with what happened and that the employee has since been sacked.

The statement says, “Office Depot is very upset by the bad experience a customer had at Store 3382 in Portage, Michigan.”

Our employee’s behavior is entirely unprofessional, insensitive, against our corporate regulations, and not in line with the values we stand for at Office Depot.

We are truly sorry for this unfortunate incident on behalf of the Company.

The Company went on to say, “As soon as we found out about the incident, we contacted the customer to address their concerns and try to fulfill their order to their satisfaction.”

We also started an internal assessment right away, and as a result, the employee in question is no longer with the Company.

We are still looking into the problem very seriously and will take action when it is needed.

We are dedicated to making sure that all team members get more training so that our standards of respect, honesty, and customer service are met at all locations.

Our consumers and communities deserve nothing less.

    The search for Kirk’s k!ller

There was a manhunt to discover the person who k!lled Kirk after he was sh0t and k!lled.

After a “high-powered rifle” was found in the woods near the site and video showed a “person of interest” fleeing the area from a rooftop, the FBI made a statement.
