I want to be absolutely clear: no one can burn down your life unless you let them. That’s the portion I’ve got to take responsibility for.
She went on to talk more about her time in the unnamed “cult,” saying, “I’ve thought about the hardest questions: Why did I trust him?” Why did I give up my power? Why did I stop listening to what I knew?
I was naive enough to believe him when he said he was selling fairytales from fancy penthouses and private jets.

What I realized is that even if you spend every waking moment with someone—studying, eating, traveling, working, building, dreaming—you may not really know them.
When you’re dealing with someone who lies as effortlessly as they breathe, That knowledge broke me, but it also made me start again from scratch. Also, fire cleans things.
She hasn’t said anything else about the cult, but she did subsequently say that he “lied [to] and manipulated” her.

Allen and the unknown cult leader talked to each other online.
She went on to add that they met on social media after “the algorithm brought us together” because they both had a “spirituality.”
The two moved in together after three days, which she now says was “not a great idea.”
Allen added that the individual was participating in “all of the extracurriculars that are putting everybody’s health at risk.” He said that these activities involved “a lot of people,” notably “famous girls.”
There seems to be a reference to this allegation in an earlier video where she wrote: When the “spiritual” person you were dating made you quit your job because he said he would take care of you…

Then he cheated on you, slept with a lot of other women, and lied about it all, leaving you with no money.
But then you recall that he knows the laws of the universe, and the cosmos doesn’t miss.
Allen has said that she is doing “great” after she left the alleged cult and her ex-boyfriend behind after sharing these tapes.
