People say that the writers of a Netflix horror movie were “on drugs” when they came up with the idea since it was so scary.

People are losing sleep because one Netflix horror movie is so disturbing.
Kelly Reilly, Charlie Shotwell, and Sadie Sink, who is in Stranger Things, are in the movie.
It tells the story of a little child who has an autoimmune condition that keeps him from connecting with the outer world.
Because of this, he is stuck in a unique plastic suit.
His parents take him to a secluded facility in an effort to get him out of his own little world. There, he can finally take off his suit for the first time.
He can touch other people, but the doctor says he is doing strange tests on him that will make him better.
Things, of course, get worse.
The boy starts to see things that aren’t real and starts to think that everything isn’t what it seems.
And folks online can’t stop talking about how scary it is.
One person said, “I just watched on Netflix and I swear I see demons out of the corner of my eyes. Please help!”
Someone else said, “Wow, this movie is crazy.”
A third person said, “He starts off like a typical bubble boy in a haunted house with evil spirits thrown in.”
But the writers must have been on a lot of drugs when they finished the script because the last 20 minutes are a crazy rollercoaster ride!
Paramount Pictures made the movie to be shown in theaters, but Netflix bought it before it came out in December 2018.
At the time, it was said that Paramount didn’t know how to promote the movie.
The Guardian’s story, on the other hand, didn’t make the horror sound very good, even though spectators gave it rave reviews.
Critique Benjamin Lee said, “The movie has a lot of familiar horror scenes, like a few bad dreams and some long jump scares, but none of them really work.”
It’s a movie that works better on TV, where people can do other things at the same time, like look for something better to watch next.

Eli came out on Netflix in 2019 and got a 52% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Director Ciarán Foy told Rue Morgue that the story’s originality was what drew him to it.
I read it all in one sitting at three in the morning. You know, we’ve read a lot of haunted home stories, so you want to find a new approach.
From the start, this had stakes and empathy, thanks to Eli, the youngster in a bubble who you care about.
Because they need to discover a cure for this baby, there is already a lot of tension.
