Ozzy Osbourne’s de@th certificate reveals a unique employment title for the star and his real name. His cause of de@th was made public just yesterday (August 5).

The Osbourne family made the sad announcement on July 22 that their rock star had d!ed.

It said, “We are sadder than words can say that we have to tell you that our dear Ozzy Osbourne d!ed this morning.” He was with his family and loved ones.

Last Thursday, a private ceremony took place at his Buckinghamshire estate, where the star was buried next to a lake. Fans around the world lamented his de@th.

His de@th came soon after his last performance, a passionate farewell gig in Birmingham, the place where his music career began.

He got back together with his band Black Sabbath for the first time in 20 years and called the event his “final encore.”

During the concert, his daughter Kelly Osbourne got engaged to Sid Wilson in a moving personal moment.

People who knew the artist said that his private funeral service was “incredibly emotional.”

His wife Sharon and their four children, Jack, Kelly, Aimee, and Louis, were among the about 110 close relatives and friends that attended.
The official cause of de@th was revealed on the star’s de@th certificate, which was only made public yesterday.

The New York Times said that the former Black Sabbath singer d!ed from a heart attack and cardiac arrest outside of the hospital.

Coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction were also named as factors that made things worse.

Osbourne had been fighting Parkinson’s disease since 2020 and openly and honestly told his fans about his problems.

The superstar said, “There are so many different kinds of Parkinson’s, but it does affect some nerves in your body,” when he initially discussed his diagnosis on Good Morning America.

And it’s like you have a wonderful day and then a really awful day.

The celebrity said that the illness made him “live for the moment.”

He went on to say, “You don’t know when you’re going to wake up and not be able to get out of bed.” But you don’t think about it.

The de@th certificate also listed the rockstar’s unique work title in great detail.

A de@th certificate includes the person’s occupation so that researchers can find out what health hazards might be linked to certain employment.

And it’s safe to say that Osbourne might be the only person to ever have this employment title on their certificate.

Fans are really thrilled that Osbourne’s job title was “rock legend,” according to the document.

One person said, “Ha!” That was only possible for Ozzy.

As someone else said, “Legend to the end.”

“Rock legend” was one of the words that came up, along with “performer” and “songwriter.”

But the de@th certificate included more shocking details for fans than just that.

The paper also revealed the star’s real name, which fans were shocked to learn is not Ozzy.

John Michael Osbourne is the name that is on the certificate.

One fan asked, “Did you know that Ozzy Osbourne’s real name is John?”

Someone else said, “I didn’t realize until now that Ozzy’s real name is John.”

A third person said, “I really didn’t know his real name was John.”

One admirer revealed where “Ozzy” came from: “A lot of people don’t know that ‘Ozzy’ was short for ‘Osbourne.'”
