New studies have shown that men should ej@culate a particular number of times a month to lower their risk of getting prostate cancer.
Today, July 31, is National 0rgasm Day. What better way to celebrate than to learn that it can be good for your health to take part?

Researchers have uncovered an unexpected connection between having s** often and a lower risk of prostate cancer.
Yes, that’s correct: the more males 0rgasm, the less likely they are to get the disease. These results come at a very important time since forecasts say that the number of people who die from prostate cancer around the world could increase in the next 20 years.
So, if you were getting ready for No Nut November, you might want to think about it again.
But what number should you be striving for? Science says that it’s 21 times a month.
Men who ej@culated more frequently had a significantly lower risk of developing prostate cancer than those who only ej@culated four to seven times per month, according to a study published in European Urology that tracked over 32,000 men for eighteen years.

The good news is? No matter how it happens, it doesn’t matter.
The health benefits are still there, whether you play alone, with a partner, or even have a wet dream out of the blue.
Researchers at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital concluded that ej@culating every day, in any way, can be good for you.
Experts have a few ideas about why this happens, but they don’t know for sure.

Dr. Anne Calvaresi, head of the Urology Care Foundation’s Prostate Health Committee, says that ej@culation might help get rid of dangerous substances that build up in semen.
According to her, men who ej@culate more frequently might also have healthier lifestyle choices that reduce their likelihood of contracting the illness.
It turns out that not having s** can also be detrimental to your health.
Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn discussed some of the less well-known consequences of not having s** for a period in an interview with the Daily Mail.
The “love hormone,” oxytocin, is released during s**ual activity. This feel-good hormone has a critical role in mood, connection, and trust.

Dr. Suwinyattichaiporn said that without this dopamine, you could have a lot of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and higher levels of stress.
S** isn’t simply about missing out on pleasure; it really does affect your emotional health.
Not being close to someone can even make you angry. A 2021 Science Direct study found that not getting your s**ual needs addressed can make you more frustrated and even cause you to act aggressively.
The study asserts that s**ual frustration may lead to the risks of aggression, violence, and criminal behavior linked to relief-seeking, power-seeking, revenge-seeking, and misdirected frustration.
The psychological repercussions are more noticeable, but not having s** can also affect the body, especially over time.

According to Dr. Suwinyattichaiporn, men who skip s** for an extended period of time may be vulnerable to health issues, including pen!le shrinkage and even an increased chance of prostate cancer.
Women’s vaginal tissues may become thin and dry, and in certain cases, the canal may shorten when they go months without having s**. We refer to this as vaginal atrophy.
Future s**ual encounters may become awkward or even painful as a result.
