A man’s successful health change journey has touched many people and motivated them to improve their health.
The resident of South Carolina Cole Prochaska started a personal journey for better health which resulted in 336 pounds of weight loss.
Two years before this time Cole reached a point when he needed to change his lifestyle entirely.
His total weight of 600 pounds drove him to start making changes that would lead to his future success.

Through Twitter posts Cole explained why he chose to wage his battle for better health.
“Two years ago I decided I didn’t want to die young. I made up my mind to avoid developing diabetes. I understood I might never achieve my full personal goals if I stayed the same way.
I started my path back and have lost 330 pounds with more progress planned. Believe in yourself!”
He never changed his mind about taking this path.
Cole developed health habits through daily 10,000-step walks plus visits to the gym with nutritious eating.

His well-organized plan helped him lose weight as well as bring back his motivation to succeed.
Cole disclosed his weight loss process fully through social media by showing both his happy moments and difficult times.
He displayed courage when he uploaded a photo without his shirt demonstrating the struggle of showing his figure.
“It’s very hard to share a shirtless picture but I’ve come so far. Over 336lbs down! Most didn’t believe in me but I believed in myself.”
Thousands of his fans through various channels admired his sincere effort at showing all his progression.

Cole has accomplished remarkable weight loss but now experiences his most difficult problem.
His exceptional improvement from weight loss created both physical and emotional barriers because too much remaining skin still troubles him.

“I’ve lost all this weight, and I have muscles, but if I take my shirt off, I’m still self-conscious about all the loose skin,” he admitted.
“I’ve got loose skin on my legs, so if I try to go running, it’s hard to run.”
By choosing body sculpting surgery Cole can have the excess skin removed which will enhance his body shape.
The surgery will require $100,000 in costs so he created a GoFundMe page to match the amount needed.
“My weight goal has been reached but my life is not complete, and it will not be complete until I can get rid of this excess skin,” he stated in his heartfelt appeal.
