One particular young business owner named Denisse Reyes created her internet reach straight from nothing.
Before she turned 27 Reyes built a remarkable reputation through her business achievements and internet fame.
Hailing from Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, she gained fame in 2022 as a “neni”, a term used in Mexico for women who sell products online.
Using Instagram and TikTok she displayed her products while attracting thousands of fans through her exciting media.
She worked hard and built her own store which established her position in both the internet realm and her home region.
The single mother Reyes passionately cared for her eight-year-old son while developing her business operations side-by-side as a successful entrepreneur.
The love she shared with her son emerged regularly on her social media as part of the happy moments that bridged her responsibilities at work and home.
Audiences recognized her determination and recognized her as someone young women should follow to become independent.

Through her public presentation on social media Reyes took an action that would impact her life forever.
In January 2025 she made the decision to get cosmetic surgery but the result would become disastrous.
Reyes decided to get liposuction surgery in San Pablo Medical Clinic on January 26, 2025.
Dr. Orlando Gamboa performed the surgery until scrutiny followed when the patient experienced tragic results.
Health records show medical staff gave an intravenous medication to Reyes during the healing period which provoked a dangerous reaction in her body.
Soon after her condition worsened Dr. Orlando Gamboa and his team had to move Reyes from the operating room.
A close friend who accompanied Reyes was kept outside the recovery room and was told by staff that they would “talk to a family member as her condition was delicate.”

Doctors had to rush Reyse to Manzur Hospital to access critical care services because the clinic does not have an oncology unit.
Throughout three days following surgery her doctors failed to save Reyes who died on January 29, 2025.
The unexpected loss of Reyes brought intense grief from both her followers and other online participants.
Through Facebook Massiel Reyes expressed deep feelings about her sister by writing “You were someone who lived life fully and declared all actions.
“You were a woman who always did what she wanted and went 1000% in her life, too free, spontaneous, extroverted, that was you.”
Her uncle Ammao Rodríguez stated that Reyes was perfectly well physically before her surgery.
Rodríguez has filed a legal action against Dr. Gamboa demanding authorities to penalize him for her niece’s passing.
“May the authorities do justice to Denisse and may the doctor pay in some way for what he did,” Rodríguez stated.
People worry about illegal medical treatment because Dr. Gamboa had earlier medical negligence charges against him.
According to reports from December 2024 a women passed away following her liposuction procedure at his clinic yet Dr. Gamboa rejected responsibility for her death.
Between December 2015 and 2018 he asserted staff working with him were not part of his clinic but evidence proves he lied about this.
