A boy who testified against his mother when he was only seven years old made a strange confession 17 years later.

AJ Hutto, who was seven years old at the time, claimed in court that his mother, Amanda Lewis, k!lled his younger sister.

AJ is 24 years old and is speaking in public for the first time since his 2008 trial. He is still standing by the comments that got his mother sent to j@il for the rest of her life.

On August 8, 2007, a terrible event took place at Esto, Florida, which is close to the Alabama border.

The next day, Adrianna, AJ’s seven-year-old sister, d!ed in the family’s backyard pool. Amanda Lewis, who had just gotten home from a night shift, said that Adrianna had fallen into the pool while trying to get rid of bugs on the surface. Court TV says she told the police that she found her daughter lying face down and not moving.

At first, the police thought Adrianna’s de@th was just a sad accident. But the case took an unexpected turn when AJ, who was seven years old at the time, told detectives that he saw his mother sh0ve Adrianna into the sea on purpose and hold her down.

AJ claimed in a video statement, “She did some things she wasn’t supposed to, so my mom got mad and threw her in the pool.” The prosecution’s case was based on his testimony.

According to ABC News, AJ was emotional when he appeared in front of a judge on February 28, 2008, while wearing a vest and collared shirt.

It was a big deal. Amanda Lewis was found guilty of first-degree murder and severe child abuse. She got a life sentence. After the trial, AJ was given a new home by a different family and was given a new name and identity to protect her.

Today, over 17 years later, AJ has talked to MailOnline on the condition that his current name stays secret. He stuck to what he said before and said that the prosecutors did not trick or force him to testify.

AJ said, “I don’t think I was coached or anything like that.” “I just told them exactly what I saw, word for word.”

He could remember how hard it was to give evidence at such a young age. He added that when he first went to court, he couldn’t recall his mother’s name. “It broke my heart,” he said. “She’s my mom.” But it was also a relief to know that the hard times we were going through were coming to an end.

AJ said that he hasn’t talked to Amanda since she was convicted. AJ said, “The court said we can’t see each other, and I’ve wanted to keep it that way so that nothing comes up again… all the feelings, emotions, and traumas come back to light.”

Video from 2008 depicts 7-year-old A.J. addressing the court following accusations against his mother, Amanda E. Lewis, for the drowning of his half-sister, Adrianna.

Amanda Lewis has always maintained her innocence. The Mirror said that even though she has made many unsuccessful appeals and apologies, she is thought to have hired a new lawyer with the goal of filing an appeal after she was found guilty.

The event affected AJ’s life forever. AJ, on the other hand, still believes that what he said about his experiences all those years ago was true.
