Viewers have strongly criticized a contentious sequence in a new Netflix drama.

Fans of the streaming giant are speaking out against a gory sequence in a new TV show that is now airing.

In the drama, which is based on Tom Wolfe’s best-selling book of the same name, real estate billionaire Charlie Croker (Jeff Daniels) has to defend his empire after a terrible fall from grace.

The official summary of the show says, “An Atlanta real estate tycoon must claw his way back to the top when his empire starts to fall apart.”

People aren’t angry about the plot, though.

There is one scenario that has caused a lot of trouble, and once you see it, it’s easy to see why.

The program does have a warning for “s**, language, s** reference, s**ual images, and injury detail,” but not for the scene in issue.

In the last episode, Raymond Peepgrass, played by Tom Pelphrey, has just taken some V**gra.

He then slips his bedsheet in front of Croker to show him the results…

Raymond shows his completely er*ct p*n!s on the show, which is something that has never been done on TV before.

The scene has shocked viewers even more because there was no warning.

According to the Daily Mail, Mary Killen, a Gogglebox star and columnist for the Spectator, states, “I don’t want to see graphic s**ual images when I’m watching a drama.”  There is too much already, and it’s making us no better than animals on a farm.

People who watch TV shouldn’t have to view p**n. This trend will make people cry since it’s sad, not mysterious, and takes away some of the beauty of life.

Anne Atkins, a writer on Radio 4, asks, “Where are the lines now, Netflix?” A visibly er*ct p*n!s is not only disgusting to most normal spectators, but it is also entirely superfluous from an artistic point of view. A glance down and a raised eyebrow would have done much more.

Alexander Stafford, a Tory MP, says in National World that we need to give Of com full control over Netflix’s content as soon as feasible if the streaming service is showing this kind of low-quality, p**nographic trash.

Sara Britcliffe, another Tory MP, said that streaming services are always available, thus watershed protection doesn’t apply.

Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, says that broadcasters must make sure that information that could offend is justified by the context when they employ commonly recognized standards.

There is no clear rule against showing an er*ct p*n!s.

The organization’s Broadcasting Code says that scenes with s** and nudity must be after the watershed and not be easy for kids to find. However, as Britcliffe pointed out, Ofcom can’t punish Netflix because it is a streaming service that is based in Holland, according to Radio Times.

Someone else says, “What was the name of the show?” I just want to make sure I know which one it is so I can stay away from it.

One person laughs and says, “The show is called A Man in Full; if that doesn’t warn them, there’s no helping them.”

Netflix is a member of the British Board of Film Classification, and A Man in Full is rated 15+ by the service.
