A scary video shows Greta Thunberg begging for help as she says she and other activists “have been intercepted and k!dnapped” in international waters.
The Swedish activist was one of 11 people on the Madleen, a British-flagged boat run by the Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC). They were trying to give “symbolic” humanitarian aid to the Palestinians and raise awareness of the problem there around the world.

But when Israeli soldiers stopped the ship in the Mediterranean Sea, it lost connection.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Israel said that the officials brought the boat to the Ashdod pod, which is in the south of the nation.
The ship was called a “selfie yacht,” and the company said, “It is a media gimmick for publicity (which includes less than a single truckload of aid) – a ‘selfie yacht.'”

In a video published on X (formerly Twitter), Thunberg said she and her pals needed urgent help.
“My name is Greta Thunberg, and I live in Sweden. The 22-year-old claimed, “If you see this video, we are being intercepted and k!dnapped in international waters by the Israeli occupational forces, or forces that support Israel.”
“I urge all my friends, family, and comrades to put pressure on the Swedish government to release me and the others as soon as possible.”

People think that the video was made before the events to get ready for such violence.
The FFC also posted a picture of people in life jackets with their hands up.
The ministry stated on X: “The ‘selfie yacht’ of the ‘celebrities’ is safely making its way to the shores of Israel.” The passengers should go back to their own nations.
Everyone on board was safe and sound.
Later, it said, “They were given water and sandwiches.” The show is finished.
A photo was also distributed of Thunberg in a green helmet and orange life vest, smiling as a soldier held out a sandwich, per Reuters.
People say that the ship was carrying humanitarian aid, like rice and baby formula. The Foreign Ministry claimed that the “small amount of aid” would be sent to Gaza.

Israel maintains that the blockade of Gaza is required to keep weapons from getting to Hamas fighters.
The FFC says the roadblock is illegal, with its press officer, Hay Sha Wiya, claiming (via the BBC): “We will not be intimidated. Everyone in the world is watching.
The Madleen is a civilian ship that is unarmed and cruising in international seas. It is transporting humanitarian aid and human rights defenders from all over the world. Israel has no authority to block our effort to reach Gaza.”
